Having said that in these days of massive downloads and bloated software it’s refreshing to find a piece of software that is small (only 1 exe file – no installation) and simple once you get used to it. Should the program not recognize your iPod automatically, you can manually select it from the list and you are ready to go. Last thing to do is to start either a song or playlist and click on Turn Visualizer on. Floola was the equivalent of installing iTunes on the hard drive of your iPod and being able to manage your library on any computer (win/mac) - with the added benefit of editing your library (add/edit/remove/import/export). Once the initial setup is done, you can start using Floola. Click on the Visualization tab and select Magnetosphere from the list. You plug in the ipod, use file explorer to find the drive of the ipod, copy the floola.exe to that drive and then run the program from there.
